BLENDA®-FIL is a water-dilutable, quick-drying and low-odour adhesion primer and filler for efficient painting work in interior and exterior areas. This results in extremely strong filling and adhesive coating structures with excellent properties such as sandability, opacity, edge coverage and surface hardness.
